Player Eligibility - Eligible Players are children ages 5 - 12, K- 6th Grade.
FBYFL has requirements for age, grade, and weight restrictions for all levels.
All children will play for their appropriate age and grade listed below.

- Normal Practice Days: START Monday, August 5th: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6:00pm-8:00pm
- Practice Attire: White T-shirt, Black shorts, Football Cleats, & Mouthpiece
- Game Day Arrival: 7:00 AM
- Game Time: 8:00 AM
FRESHMAN/ ROOKIE LIMITED CONTACT: AGES- 7 & 8
- Maximum weight is 140 lbs.
- 190 lbs. max Lineman weight
- 2nd and 3rd grade
- No more than 2 years of play at this level
- 4th grade students must be 9 after September 1st
- Normal Practice Days: START Monday, August 5th: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6:00pm-8:00pm
- Practice Attire: White practice jersey, Black practice pants, Football Cleats, & Mouthpiece
- Game Day Arrival: 8:30 AM
- Game Time: 9:30 AM
SOPHOMORE/ SENIOR LIMITED CONTACT: AGE 9
- 210 lbs. max Lineman weight
- 4th grade
- Only 1 year of play at level
- 5th grade students must be 10 after September 1st
- Normal Practice Days: START Monday, August 5th Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6:00pm-8:00pm
- Practice Attire: RED practice jersey, Black practice pants, Football Cleats, & Mouthpiece
- Game Day Arrival: 10:00 AM
- Game Time:11:00 AM
JUNIOR/ROOKIE TACKLE: AGE 10
- 230 lbs. max Lineman weight
- 5th grade
- Only 1 year of play at level
- 6th grade only if turning 11 after 9/1
- Normal Practice Days: START Monday, August 5th Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6:00pm-8:00pm
- Practice Attire: BLACK practice jersey, Black practice pants, Football Cleats, & Mouthpiece
- Game Day Arrival: 12:00 PM
- Game Time: 1:00 PM
SENIOR/SENIOR TACKLE: AGES 11 & 12
- 250 lbs. max Lineman weight
- 6th grade
- No more than 2 years of play at this level
- Cannot play 2 years as a 6th grader
- Normal Practice Days: START Monday, August 5th Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6:00pm-8:00pm
- Practice Attire: ROYAL BLUE practice jersey, Black practice pants, Football Cleats, & Mouthpiece
- Game Day Arrival: 2:00 PM
